Forming Hearts, Transforming Lives, Empowering Communities
We are a Catholic social service agency, offering support and positively influencing the lives of children throughout their preschool and primary years.
Regardless of race, language or religion, we create an inclusive environment conducive to our children’s holistic development.
With the first option for the poor, we also extend support to vulnerable families in our community through social and psychological aid.
Founded by the Canossian Sisters in 1941, Canossaville operates under the guidance of the Canossian Daughters of Charity. We are licensed by the Ministry of Social and Family
Development (MSF) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Canossaville is also an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC).
Canossaville supports children through the following services:
Canossaville Preschool – A Catholic mainstream preschool for children aged 18 months to 6 years which focuses on the holistic development of the child. It also provides an inclusive environment to support children with hearing loss.
Canossian EIPIC (Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children) – A one-stop support for children aged 6 years and below with hearing loss through therapy services and small group intervention.
Canossaville Student Care – An integrated special student care centre serving the afterschool care needs of primary school children from the Canossian Village. Priority is given to children who are from vulnerable backgrounds requiring financial, social and psychological aid.
Canossian Child Development Unit – A multidisciplinary team of professionals supporting the children and their families in The Canossian Village across the areas of learning, behavioural, and psychosocial needs.
Canossaville Extended Care Unit - provides continuous care and learning opportunities for children within the Canossian Village who may not have adult supervision on Saturdays.
